This certianly helped her land more promising roles both on the big screen and television, the latter of which saw her playing a starring role on the HBO series Big Love, showcasing her as a dramatic actress. Simultaneously, she was appearing in movie projects and played the lead in the fantasy film Red Riding Hood. She went for more challenging roles as she starred in Chloe, where she played the title character. Continuing her success as a movie star, she starred in In Time, which was a commercial success. She continues to be active in Hollywood up to present.
