Allison Munn

Hollywood actress Allison Munn had her career beginnings on the TV series Now and Again where she had a two-time role. She next appeared in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She later became known for her recurring role as Caroline on the Fox sitcom That ’70s Show. In 2002, she made her film debut in Local Boys. She next appeared as Hannah in the movie White Oleander, as well as made guest appearances on such TV shows as 2gether, JAG, Inside Schwartz, and Boston Public. She had a minor role in the film Elizabethtown. She had greater success after landing the part of Tina Haven on the sitcom What I Like About You.

Afterward, she joined the main cast of the series Carpoolers as Cindy. From 2009 to 2012, she played the recurring character Lauren on One Tree Hill. In the 2010s, she made one-episode roles on various television shows. This includes Family Tools, Dads, Instant Mom, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. From 2014 to 2018, she also became widely recognized for starring as Anne Harper on the Nickelodeon series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn. Additionally, she’s had roles in the independent films A Couple of Days and Nights and Farm Girl in New York.

The 44-year-old actress stays in shape by following a healthy diet. For her dieting means sticking to clean, organic foods. Not where she deprives herself of food and only survives on extreme juice cleanses. By proper diet, she focuses on the consumption of foods that give her the right kind of nutrients. For breakfast, she likes having a toast and egg with coffee or tea. For lunch, she prefers fish or chicken with salad on the side. For dinner, she has some lean proteins as well, though she likes to make her meal at night lighter. For snacks, she mostly munches on nuts and fruits.
