Hollywood actress Yunjin Kim had her career beginnings in the mid-1990s in South Korea. She landed her first movie role in the South Korean movie Shiri. In the 2000s, she gained international stardom for her role as Sun in the television series Lost. The show aired on TV from 2004 to 2010 for six seasons. During this period, she also had roles in the films Diary of June, Seven Days, and Harmony. She later starred in the features Heartbeat, The Neighbor, and Ode to My Father. From 2013 to 2016, she also starred as Karen Kim in the TV show Mistresses. Her latest work was the 2017 movie House of the Disappeared.

The 44-year-old actress stays in shape by being physically active. She does so not only to stay lean but to also maintain her overall health. She talked about her fitness regimen in an interview, she said: “On days off, I usually go swimming in an outdoor pool. Ever since I got to Hawaii, I got tired of doing the same old routine every day. I swim every day for about a half hour. I can see the Aloha Tower clock from the pool so I’ll look and say, ‘I’ve only been swimming for 25 minutes– I’m going to push myself for five more.’ It’s great to have the clock right there.”

Getting further on this, she said: “I get on the treadmill. “I usually start off walking to warm up and then I run for 10 minutes, and I slow down and then I go back to running. I have a couple of Pilates tapes at home. I pop them in once in a while to do some stretching. I have one Yoga video. It’s nice and relaxing– it’s great to do right before you go to bed. I’m going to start taking yoga classes this year. It’s on my list of New Year’s resolutions.”
