Tobias Mehler is a Canadian actor. He started his acting career in the 1990s. During this time, he became known for his role as Harvey in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. He went on to play the roles of Andy Effkin in the thriller Disturbing Behavior and of Tommy Ross in the horror movie Carrie. Later on television, he gained attention for his roles as d’Artagnan on Young Blades, Zak Adama on Battlestar Galactica and Lieutenant Graham Simmons in Stargate SG-1. He later starred in the movie Battle in Seattle. He’s also joined the main cast of the Canadian series Robson Arms.
