Biography:

Keerthy Suresh was born on 17 October 1992 in Chennai, India. Her father is producer and director G. Suresh Kumar and her mother is Tamil actress Menaka. She began acting as a child, appearing in some of her father’s films. She also appeared in some TV serials. In 2013, she made her debut as an adult in the Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. For her role here, she won the Best Female Debut – Malayalam at the South Indian International Movie Awards.

She next made her Tamil debut in Idhu Enna Maayam, as well as made her first Telugu role in Nenu Sailaja. For her debut performances in both films, Suresh won Best Female Debut – Tamil and received a Best Actress nomination at Filmfare Awards. In 2018, she starred in the Telugu film Mahanati, which earned her critical praise. Recently, she starred in the streaming movies Penguin and Miss India.
