Tatiana Maslany Workout Routine

Tatiana Maslany

Hollywood actress Tatiana Maslany started her career in her native Canada. Her first gig was on the Canadian show Incredible Story Studios. Her career became more prolific in the 2000s. During this period she made notable appearances on such TV programs as 2030 CE and Renegadepress.com. Around the same time she landed roles in a couple of films. This includes Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed, The Messengers, Diary of the Dead, and Grown Up Movie Star, among others. She had also worked as a voice actress in Eastern Promises. She became also known for her roles on such TV shows as Instant Star, Heartland, and Being Erica. Her breakthrough role, however, was as the lead on the acclaimed show Orphan Black.

It is apparent that the Orphan Black has a toned figure. Her great physique is also one of the reasons she’s able to play her various roles on the said show. She’s also not to afraid to show her nude body on the series. So, how does the actress take care of herself? How does she keep in shape? It’s not know what exactly her workout routine is, but Tatiana loves biking. She can be spotted biking around Toronto sometimes. Just like her character Sara Manning on Orphan Black, she prefers the freedom of outdoor activities.

We also know that the actress trained in dance before. Even when she’s working as a full-time actress, Tatiana remains in love with dancing. Dancing alone is a great form of cardio exercise. It definitely helps her maintain her slender and toned figure. Good thing is the actress doesn’t focus much on her body image. She concentrates on her general health rather than being conscious of she looks in the mirror. In an interview, she said:

“I’ll never understand that. I’ll never, never understand why people think it’s their business to comment on other people’s bodies. I go to a spa in LA sometimes, a Korean day spa, and all the women there are nude. And I’ve never felt so in love with the human form as when I’m walking around and seeing all those bodies, thinking, Oh my god, we’re all just built so differently. And every single body is beautiful. I will never understand that shame, and the reinforcement of that shame. It’s crazy.”
