Bollywood star Tara Sutaria began her entertainment career on television. She initially made appearances in the TV shows Big Bada Boom and Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. She later made a cameo role in the Disney Channel India sitcom Best of Luck Nikki. Her first notable role on the small screen was as Vinita “Vinnie” Mishra in The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir, the Indian adaptation of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

In 2013, she gained recognition for playing the lead role of Jassie in Oye Jassie, also the Indian adaptation of the American Disney sitcom Jessie. At the same time, she appeared as herself in Shake It Up. Years later, she pursued a film career as well. She did so by debuting as Mridula “Mia” Chawla in the 2019 feature film Student of the Year 2.

For her performance, she received a Filmfare nomination for Best Female Debut. Meanwhile, she won the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. That same year, she also starred in the romantic action movie Marjaavaan. Sutaria is currently filming the upcoming movie Tadap. She also appeared in the music video of the song “Masakali 2.0”.

Tara Sutaria stays in shape by following an active lifestyle. While she doesn’t really hit the gym on a regular basis, she gets her daily dose of exercise by doing something she loves – dancing. Apart from acting, the actress is also a trained dancer. Naturally, it has kept her slender and toned all these years.

She is trained in classical ballet, modern dance, and even some forms of Latin America dances. Another part of her workout routine is Pilates, which she enjoys doing to help her stay fit and healthy. By doing Pilates, she achieves a more toned core and muscles. Plus this workout also helps in strengthening the muscles and improving posture.
