Steven Culp is an American actor. He started his professional acting career in the 1980s. His first role was as Daniel Wolek in the soap opera One Life to Live. Later in 1989, he had his movie debut in Gross Anatomy. In the ’90s, Culp appeared in the films Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday and James and the Giant Peach. After several guest appearances on the small screen, the actor became known for his portrayal of Special Agent Clayton Webb on the TV series JAG. He also portrayed Robert F. Kennedy in the TV movie Norma Jean & Marilyn. In the 2000s, he was best known for his role as Jeff Haffley in The West Wing and Dave Spencer / Dr. Charles Cameron in ER. Plus, he also starred as Rex Van de Kamp in Desperate Housewives.
