Biography:

Necar Zadegan was born on June 20, 1982, in Heidelberg, Germany. She grew up in California. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she graduated with a degree in Literature. Deciding to pursue acting, she first appeared with a small role in an episode of The Bernie Mac Show. She went on to appear in an episode of the shows Nip/Tuck and The Unit.

Her first notable role on the small screen was as Dalia Hassan in the Fox series 24, which she played in 2010. That same year, she made her film debut in Unthinkable. She also played the titular character in the independent feature Elena Undone, as well as appeared as Isabel in 5 episodes of The Event. From 2012-2013, she played Gina Bandhari in the show Emily Owens, M.D. She became best known for starring as Delia in the Bravo series Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce.
