American celebrity Stephanie Pratt became first known in the mid-2000s. This was after joining the cast of the reality series The Hills. The show’s popularity helped her gain recognition. She appeared in the said show from 2007 to 2010. Starting out as a recurring cast for seasons 3-5, she was promoted to the main cast for the show’s sixth season. After The Hills, she took a break from television work. She only returned in 2013 with the British reality series Made in Chelsea. This has been her longest gig on reality television thus far, staying on the show until 2017. Simultaneously, she also appeared in the shows Celebrity Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating.

The 32-year-old actress stays in shape by making sure that she has a clean and a healthy diet. When it comes to maintaining a slender and a toned figure, she knows that her diet is crucial. In fact, proper nutrition is more important than working out in terms of physical transformation. In an interview, she spilled out her beauty secrets and that included her diet plan. Given this, she makes sure she focuses on eating healthy and nutritious foods only. She avoids processed and junk foods. She also steers clear of sugary foods and drinks.

When asked for her advice on how to achieve a healthy figure, she said: “Not drinking sodas and watching what you eat. I love eating chocolate at night but it always breaks me out so I do think it’s important to be mindful of what you eat.” She added: “A balanced diet is so important. If I diet every day then I just go wild at the weekend so I try to follow the 30/70 rule of being good 70 per cent of the time. My trainer has always said to me that abs are made in the kitchen.”
