Biography:

Sofia Carson was born on April 10, 1993 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.. After high school, she attended UCLA where she is majoring in communications with a minor in French. In 2014, she made her television debut when she appeared in an episode of Austin & Ally. She next appeared in an episode of Faking It. The following year, she starred on the TV movie Descendants.

She made her film debut in 2016 with Tini: The Movie. During the same period, she also starred in the direct-to-video feature A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits. In addition, she starred on the Disney Channel Original Movie Adventures in Babysitting. She will reprise her role as Evie in the upcoming TV movie Descendants 2.
