Bollywood actress Sayani Gupta debuted in the 2012 film Second Marriage Dot Com. Years later in 2015, she appeared in the movies Margarita with a Straw and Parched. She also starred in two films the following year – Fan and Baar Baar Dekho. In 2017, she became further known for her performances in the movies Jolly LLB 2, The Hungry, and Jagga Jasoos.

That same year, she began starring the role of Rohini Raghavan in the sports drama web series Inside Edge. She next headlined the series Kaushiki. In 2019, she had performances in the feature films Darkness Visible, Article 15, and Posham Pa. She also starred in the film Axone, which was released on Netflix. Adding to her flourishing career is her role as Damini Rizvi-Roy in the Amazon Prime Video series Four More Shots Please!

In an interview, Sayani Gupta got candid about her health and fitness habits from her workout to her diet. When it comes to dieting, the actress is having none of it. “I believe in eating everything and love my rice and sweets. And eating it without guilt and worry… I feel that’s the best way to digest food. I don’t ever do a rigorous dieting normally,” said the actress. Of course, it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t mind her food choices.

She wants to stay healthy, which means focusing more on having nutritious foods. “Of late, I have replaced rice with quinoa and couscous,” revealed the actress. On her daily meals, she shared: “I skip breakfast. I haven’t yet figured out what’s the best breakfast that doesn’t give me acidity. I drink warm water in the mornings with amla juice and triphala juice. My first meal is around 11 or 12 which is like an early lunch. Daal, veggies, sometimes fish and quinoa.” She usually has the same meal for dinner, unless she’s eaitng out.
