Rihanna Diet Plan

Rihanna

Rihanna is a Barbadian singer-songwriter. She’s also ventured into acting. She came to prominence in the mid-2000s with the release of her debut album Music of the Sun. The subsequent release of her second album A Girl like Me gained her wider recognition with the latter reaching the Top 10 of the US Billboard 200. She went on to generate the hit songs “Pon de Replay”, “SOS” and “Unfaithful”. Rihanna rose to international fame with the release of her third album Good Girl Gone Bad with its lead single “Umbrella” becoming a hit song in many countries.

It also earned her her first Grammy. Since then, she has released subsequent albums that became commercially successful along with many hit singles, such as “Take a Bow”, “Disturbia”, “We Found Love”, “Diamonds”, “Love the Way You Lie” and “The Monster”. Rihanna is now considered a pop icon in contemporary music. She has also won nine Grammys thus far. She has been included in the lists of most powerful/influential celebrities compiled by such publications as Time and Forbes.

The 30-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet plan. In an interview, her personal chef Debbie Solomon spilled the beans about the celebrity’s food choices. According to her, Rihanna’s food preference depends on her mood. She’s not into setting a weekly menu because she prefers eating meals that she’s in the mood for. For breakfast, however, the singer prefers eggs.

To be more particular, Rihanna eats four boiled eggs in the morning, along with a slice of toast without the crusts, and mixed berries combined with mango, pineapple, and papaya. For a lighter breakfast, Rihanna wants to have some egg whites, pineapple, and hot water with lemon. For her later meals, she mostly consumes protein-rich foods along with veggies and either rice or pasta.
