Biography:

Kit Harington was born on December 26, 1986 in Worcester, Worcestershire, England. He attended Worcester Sixth Form College where he studied Drama and Theatre Studies from 2003 to 2005. He then graduated in 2008 from Central School of Speech and Drama.

While in school, he landed the role of Albert in Olivier Theatre’s adaptation of War Horse. The play received two Olivier Awards, gaining him recognition.

In 2011, he landed his first television role as Jon Snow in HBO’s Game of Thrones. He went on to appear in such films as Silent Hill: Revelation 3D and in the upcoming film Seventh Son.
