Reese Witherspoon is an American actress who found fame several years ago with notable roles in many films when she was younger. Her international breakthrough, however, was when she played the lead role in the comedy movie Legally Blonde in the 2000s, which led to her rise to fame. Followed by the box office hit Sweet Home Alabama, Reese became a huge star in Hollywood. Proving to be full of talent, she won her first Oscar for Best Actress for her portrayal of June Carter in Walk the Line. Over the years, Reese has starred in mostly major Hollywood productions, including This Means War, Rendition, and Hot Pursuit. Returning to critical attention, she starred as the lead in the drama film Wild. For her performance in this movie, she was again nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress.

The actress may already be in her 40s, but Reese apparently still has it in her. She still possesses charm that makes her younger than her actual age. In actuality, the award-winning actress just follows a clean and a healthy lifestyle. Aside from eating clean and nutritious food most of the time, she also engages in exercises to control her weight and feel fit and healthy. With her age, it is known that metabolism becomes slower. For this reason, Reese exerts more effort in exercising in addition to clean eating. With how she looks in the present, it can be assumed that her healthy routine works and is worth it.

Being a mother of three, Reese automatically exercises in her own natural ways as a mother. With her busy life as a mother, producer, and actress, it is amazing how she can manage to stay fit and healthy despite her prolific professional life. Basically, she does cardio exercises to increase her stamina, which she surely needs. She’s also a fan of meditation like yoga, something she needs to have a sense of peace and serenity. For her role in Wild, Reese needed to be more physically able so this prompted her to undergo more serious training.
