Biography:

Briga Heelan was born on April 2, 1987 in Andover, Massachusetts, U.S. She studied at the University of Southern California. In 2011, she made her acting debut in an episode of the show Man Up! The following year, she played recurring character Amanda Clark in Jane by Design. That same year, she also appeared as Holly in several episodes of Cougar Town.

She later guest-starred in an episode of Happy Endings in 2013. It was also during this period that she played her first regular role on TV — as Jenny Miller in the TBS sitcom Ground Floor. Afterward, the actress had notable roles in such TV shows as Undateable and Love. From 2017 to 2018, she starred as Katie Wendelson in the NBC sitcom Great News. This year, she guest-starred in Curb Your Enthusiasm.
