Indian actress Radhika Apte had her beginnings in the mid-2000s. She made her debut in the Bollywood film Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!. It then took her a couple more years to follow her debut with other films. Her next movie was the Bengali film Antaheen. In the 2010s, she gained mainstream attention for starring in the Hindi-Telugu film Rakht Charitra I and its sequel Rakht Charitra II. She next starred in the Bollywood films Shor in the City and I Am. Her performance in the 2012 Tamil-Telugu film Dhoni got her critical praise. More recently, she was acclaimed for her performances in the Bollywood features Badlapur, Manjhi – The Mountain Man, and Parched.

The 32-year-old actress remains slender and radiant thanks to her healthy lifestyle. She tries her best to eat a clean and a well-rounded diet, as well as to exercise regularly. She does so not only to maintain her healthy weight but to also have high energy levels. Something she needs as an actress with a lot of films she’s currently working on. She’s very much fond of having fruits and veggies, so she incorporates them into all her meals daily. She also tries her best to avoid eating junk and processed foods and stick to nutritious foods only. Of course, she also allows herself to indulge in her cravings every now and then.

In an interview, she also talked about the importance of being happy as a way to be beautiful and healthy. She said: You may want me to talk about getting beauty sleep, or a relaxing massage, or any of that stuff but the reality is that if you aren’t happy, you won’t do these things. Even if you do follow a beauty routine, it won’t reflect on your face until you are happy. So be happy, and that’s the best beauty secret one can have.:
