Indian star Samantha Ruth Prabhu had her career beginnings in the 2010s. Her debut was in the Telugu film Ye Maaya Chesave. Her performance here was much appreciated, winning her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. She was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu. That same period she also starred in the Tamil films Baana Kaathadi and Moscowin Kavery. Subsequently, she won Filmfare Awards for Best Actress for her roles in Eega and Neethaane En Ponvasantham. Her role in Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu also earned her a Nandi Award for Best Actress. She continued her high-caliber performances in the following years. This includes lead roles in Attarintiki Daredi, Manam, and Kaththi. She went on to star in Theri, 24, and A Aa.

The 30-year-old actress preserves her health and beauty by living a healthy life. She does this by just doing the basic though. She doesn’t believe in special diets. She doesn’t follow a strict diet regimen. She actually still eats whatever she wants but only in moderation. She’s no afraid of some calories because she practices portion control at all times. She also consumes lots of foods rich in protein to help her with her workout routine. Most of the time, she eats nuts, berries, veggie salads, fruits, and lean meat.

Nonetheless, the actress reveals she also loves to eat rice with sambar. She’s fond of delectable meals from Tamil cuisine like dosai, vadai, idli, and pongal. She can’t resist eating those. The actress also states she likes eating chicken, fish, spicy pickles, and sweet pongal. She also drinks black coffee. To maintain her hydration, she drinks lots of water, coconut water, and fresh fruit juices, too. Because of her healthy eating habits, it’s no wonder Samantha is able to sustain her slender figure and her overall health as well.
