Biography:

Pooja Kanwal was born on January 24, 1982 in Mumbai, India. Her acting career started with her debut in the film Uuf Kya Jadoo Mohabbat Hai. In 2010, she appeared as Prabhjot in the Punjabi film Jawani Zindabaad.

This was followed by further roles in such motion pictures as Mein Ek Din Laut Kay Aaoon Ga, Seven O’ Clock and Tirupathi. On the small screen, she made her debut as the protagonist in the television serial Palampur Express.

She has since appeared in other television programs including Sasural Genda Phool, Rishtey (season 2), Na Bole Tum… Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath and Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki.
