Hollywood actor Colin Egglesfield started his acting career in the early 2000s. He made his film debut with a small role in the movie S.W.A.T. He also appeared in some shows. His first notable role was as Josh Madden in the soap opera All My Children. He next starred as Auggie Kirkpatrick in the short-lived series Melrose Place.

In the 2010s, he played recurring role Thomas “Tommy” Rizzoli in Rizzoli & Isles. He later joined the main cast of the Lifetime series The Client List as Evan Parks. Also in the 2010s, he had also acted in the films Something Borrowed, Open Road, A Stranger in Paradise, and Vice. On television, his latest role was in an episode of Lucifer.

The 45-year-old actor takes care of his body and overall health by working out on a regular basis. In an interview, he became candid about his workout habits. He said: “Run! You can do all the weight training in the world, but nothing burns off that winter weight better than a good 30-45 run at least three times a week. I like to start out doing about 30min and then gradually work up to an hour over the course of a few weeks as I start to get my stamina back. I love to run outside by myself with my headphones and some great music on my iPod and just go! It’s my time to be alone with my thoughts, and anything that might be on my mind always seems to be a lot clearer after a good run.”

His another advice? He said: “Lift weights two to three times a week. I mainly do chest, shoulders, and stomach on one day and then back, legs, biceps and abs on the next day. I do a combination of all body parts on the third day. Mix that with some good cardio and you should be good to go.”
