Hollywood actress Nicole Gale Anderson started her acting career on the small screen. During her career beginnings, she guest starred on some TV shows. This includes Unfabulous, Zoey 101, Hannah Montana, and iCarly. After starring on the TV movie Princess, she landed the role of Macy Misa on the Disney series Jonas. She also became known for playing the recurring role of Kelly Parker on Make It or Break It. In the 2010s, she starred as Hope Plotkin on the made-for-television movie Mean Girls 2. She next had a recurring role as Heather Chandler on Beauty & the Beast. She next starred as Miranda Collins on the short-lived series Ravenswood. She had also appeared in a few independent films.

The 27-year-old actress tries her best to practice a healthy lifestyle. Being an actress, she understands the pressure of staying slender. As for her, she wants to do right by her health and wellness. Aside from eating healthy, she also stays healthy by having an active lifestyle. She particularly loves yoga. In an interview, she said: “I am a sucker for yoga. It’s always nice to just be able to take that time for myself and rejuvenate my body and my mind. I love going to this place called In Yoga in the Valley. They’re really all about the whole practice, and not just the physical benefits.”

How does she have the motivation to maintain her workout regimen? She always reminds herself that there’s nothing to regret about working out, saying: “You never regret working out. You always regret not working out. You’re never like, “Oh man, I shouldn’t have done that!” She also wants to try other things, too. She said: “Aerial yoga! I did gymnastics for 10 years, so I’m always looking for the next thing closest to it, because I had to quit due to injuries. You can get the adrenaline rush of doing all these awesome tricks and being off the ground, but there’s no impact involved!”
