It was in 2005 that actress Nicole Gale Anderson debuted on the screen. She first appeared in an episode of Unfabulous. She next starred in the pilot Nobody, though it wasn’t picked up by its network. She later made guest appearances on Zoey 101, Hannah Montana, and iCarly. In 2008, she appeared on the TV movie Princess. Her first regular role on the small screen was as Macy Misa on the Disney series Jonas. She played the role from 2009 to 2010. She simultaneously played recurring character Kelly Parker on the ABC Family series Make It or Break It, as well as guest-starred on Imagination Movers.

She continued her Hollywood career in the 2010s. She starred as Hope Plotkin in the TV film Mean Girls 2. She next landed guest roles on Ringer and Happy Endings. She next became further known for starring as Heather Chandler on The CW series Beauty & the Beast. She was part of the show’s cast from 2012 to 2016. At the same time, she guest-starred as Miranda Collins on Pretty Little Liars. She reprised her role in the spin-off Ravenswood. However, the series was canceled after one season. Additionally, she’s also performed in the films Lukewarm, Red Line, and Never. In 2018, she starred on the made-for-television film The Wedding Do Over.

Apart from her workout routine, the actress also stays in shape by eating healthily. Most of the time, she prefers eating clean and well-rounded foods. Her diet plan basically consists of lean proteins, whole grains, and fruits and veggies. She tries her best to stay away from processed foods as these make her feel not-so-great afterward. Clean eating, on the other hand, makes her feel food from the inside out. She also snacks on healthy foods, such as nuts, fruits, and yogurt. Of course, she also believes in the importance of moderation so she doesn’t overindulge.
