Aussie model Miranda Kerr started modeling as soon as she entered her teens, appearing on a local magazine when she was 14. In the next few years, she established her name as a model in Australia, and became mostly especially known for her appearances in Billabong, an Australian surf chain. This increased her profile abroad, prompting her to leave for New York. As expected, she became more popular in New York for her various work in fashion, booking for runway shows and print ad campaigns for prominent brands like Levi’s and Roberto Cavalli. She officially debuted in the United States after signing with Maybelline New York. After Maybelline, further success became inevitable after being offered a contract by Victoria’s Secret, which she accepted. This made her first ever Australian Victoria’s Secret Angel. Miranda has since become one of the most well-known models in the world.

32-year-old Miranda Kerr is undeniably gorgeous and sexy. She wouldn’t be a model if she weren’t. Starting this career since she was a teenager, Miranda surely has since followed a dietary practice to maintain her slender figure, and despite being in her 30s and being a mother to a son with ex-husband actor Orlando Bloom, she was still able to maintain her tiny frame. The model said she likes to start her day with something healthy, like a glass of fresh juice and egg whites with avocado or oatmeal.

She also follows a an alkaline-based diet, so she drinks between two to three liters of alkaline water every day to stay hydrated and keep herself refreshed. When it comes to her snacks, Miranda said she always tries to bring healthy snacks with her like fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds. When asked about unhealthy cravings, she said: “Sometimes you can’t avoid eating something that isn’t so healthy if that is all that is on offer, but I try to make sensible choices most of the time, so I don’t give myself a hard time if I have something a little naughty!”
