Hollywood star Meaghan Martin had her career beginnings in the late 2000s. She first appeared in an episode of the Nickelodeon series Just Jordan. At the same time, she also had one-time roles on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Close to Home. In 2008, she played Tess Tyler in the Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock. She reprised her role in the sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. On the big screen, she made her film debut in 2009’s Dear Lemon Lima.

At the same time, she also landed the role of Bianca Stratford on the TV series 10 Things I Hate About You based on the film of the same name. It aired on ABC Family (now Freeform) but only ran for one season. Following this, she starred as Jo Mitchell in the TV movie Mean Girls 2. She also had performances in the feature films Sironia, Geography Club, Senior Project, and Safelight. Back on TV, she had a recurring role on the MTV series Awkward, as well as appeared in 2 episodes of the sitcom Melissa & Joey.

To stay in shape, the young actress eats clean. While she has guilty pleasures, such as sweets, she makes sure she indulges in moderation. Her diet plan is one that’s simple and basic — foods that have loads of nutrients. She doesn’t believe in strict dieting and she’s not one to starve herself to stay slim. Instead, she lives a healthy life by eating protein from lean meat, whole grains, complex carbs, and lots of fruits and vegetables.

Even her snacks are healthy ones. Some of her go-to snacks are almonds, apples, blueberries, and banana. She’s also into smoothies as it helps her consume more veggies and fruits. Of course, she has a cheat day where she has a burger and fries and a few brownies.
