Leslie Bibb was born on November 17, 1974 in Bismarck, North Dakota, USA. She started her career as a model, and transitioned into film and television in the late 1990s.

She first played minor roles in a number of television shows such as in Pacific Blue, Home Improvement, Just Shoot Me! and Fired Up. In 1997, she made her big screen debut in the film Private Parts.

Her role as Brooke McQueen in the comedy drama series Popular gained her wider attention. For her performance, she received a Teen Choice Award for Television Choice Actress.
