Lisa Ann Walter Diet Plan

Lisa Ann Walter

Hollywood actress Lisa Ann Walter got her start in the mid-1990s where she made her debut on the short-lived sitcom My Wildest Dreams as Lisa McGinnis. She next landed the role of Lisa Ann Hunter on another sitcom Life’s Work. Meanwhile, she made her big screen debut in the 1996 film Eddie. She next appeared as Chessy in the family movie The Parent Trap. In the 2000s, she first had a recurring role as Cassandra Gilman on the show Emeril, followed by her role as Rachel Glass on the drama series Breaking News.

She next made guest appearances on Watch Over Me, Las Vegas, Modern Men, and Nip/Tuck. Also in the 2000s, she had roles in the films Bruce Almighty, Shall We Dance?, Coffee Date, Graduation, Entry Level, and Drillbit Taylor. The following decade, she had roles in the movies Killers and The Ice Cream Truck, among other independent films. She’s also guest starred on the shows Rizzoli & Isles, The Exes, The Odd Couple, and GLOW.

The 55-year-old actress stays in shape by following a healthy diet plan. She makes an effort to focus on having nutritious foods on a daily basis. She does this not only to maintain her svelte figure but to also feel great as a whole. She knows that the consumption of clean and well-rounded meals can also help her stay youthful. For this reason, her diet plan mainly consists of fruits and veggies.

She said: “My first diet ever was a grapefruit diet. And I blame that poor little citrus fruit for a lifetime of trying to get back to a normal metabolism.” She went on to say: “Greek yogurt with some homemade granola [for breakfast] carries me through the day. But everybody is different in terms of their food intake, exercise and what they love to do.”
