Lindy Booth

Canadian beauty Lindy Booth is now a staple face on US television. She has had shares of important roles on the big screen that got her noticed. Starting her acting career on TV movies, she soon got her break as Claudia on the Canadian show Relic Hunter. Around the same time she had a notable role on The Famous Jett Jackson. She next starred in straight-to-video films. Subsequently, she had notable roles in horror films that include Wrong Turn, Dawn of the Dead, and Cry Wolf. In the 2000s, she had main roles on October Road and The Philanthropist. In 2013, she starred as Night Bitch in the film Kick-Ass 2. Her biggest break, however, was as Cassandra Cillian on the TNT series The Librarians. The show is currently in its third season and she still stars in it.

The Librarians star keeps her body slim and fit by eating right and working out. She’s nearing her 40s, so Lindy is more cautious of what habits she engages in. As much as possible, she selects doing activities that can be good for her body and overall health. Her fans are also crazy about her super flat abs. She revealed her secrets in an interview where she said: “This sounds geeky, but when I run, I like to listen to musicals like Les Miserables. The soundtracks are 75 minutes or longer, and I keep going until the story ends, so it feels like a good workout.”

She also shared how she loves staying active in her every day life. She’s already busy with her current projects, but these don’t stop her from taking care of herself. She exercises whenever she has time, and when she doesn’t, she gets resourceful. She said: “I’m obsessed with cardio barre classes, so I brought a ballet barre and hand weights with me on location. I can practically do a class from memory now!”
