Canadian star Lindy Booth had her career beginnings in the late ’90s. During this time, she appeared in movies and TV films. She was then cast as Carrie Taylor on the Fox Kids series Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension. Subsequently, she was known for starring on the Canadian series Relic Hunter. In the 2000s, she starred in the direct-to-video films The Skulls II and American Psycho 2. She next starred in the movies Wrong Turn and Dawn of the Dead, both of horror genre. She later starred on the TV shows October Road and The Philanthropist. In the present, she’s known to viewers as Cassandra Cillian on The Librarians. She’s been on the show since 2014.

Standing at 5’7, the actress has a notably lean and curvaceous figure. She also has a very youthful charm, which makes it a surprise that she just turned 38 this year. Basically, the film and TV actress maintains her toned figure by living a healthy life. She regularly workouts and practices proper nutrition as well. Doing the opposite makes her suffer as she feels weaker. As her healthy lifestyle helps her a great deal to be more active physically and mentally, she just naturally lives her life the healthiest way possible.

In an interview, the actress got candid about her diet secrets. For instance, when asked about how she starts her day, she said: “For breakfast, I make an amazing protein shake with fruit, Greek yogurt, protein powder, flaxseed oil and honey. It’s a nice way to get a healthy start and a little bit of sweetness, too.” She also shared about how clean her diet was and still is, most likely, stating: “My diet was super healthy when I was filming — lots of salads, nuts and roasted soybeans. I’d treat myself with dark chocolate or cherry-flavored licorice.”
