Hollywood star Lauren London made her television debut in an episode of Everybody Hates Chris back in 2006. That same year, she also made her first movie role in ATL where she played the role of Erin “New New” Garnett. She next starred as Melanie ‘Mel’ Whitfield in the film This Christmas, released the following year.

At the same time, she played Kelly in an episode of Entourage. Afterward, she played Christina Worthy in 3 episodes of 90210. This was followed by performances in the films I Love You, Beth Cooper, Next Day Air, and Good Hair. At the same time, she appeared as herself in an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Lauren London normally follows a healthy diet. She avoids junk foods and anything that’s loaded with salt and sugar. But every now and then, she takes her diet more seriously, especially when preparing for a certain role or, in this instance, a GQ photoshoot.

The actress shares she relies to an Alkaline diet to stay in shape, eating plenty of fruits and veggies. “I don’t have time to workout at all, so I just made sure that the foods that I took into my body were live, healthy foods that worked with my body, not against it,” said the actress.
