Hollywood star Jordana Brewster‘s acting career started in the 1990s. Her first significant work on TV was on the soap opera As the World Turns. His big screen debut was in The Faculty, also in the late ’90s. His major breakthrough was as Mia Toretto in The Fast and the Furious. The film became a box office hit and has since spawned four sequels, the last of which was Furious 7, was released in 2015. Other roles in the movies were in D.E.B.S. and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. She has also established a career on television. In the 2010s, she’s had starring roles on Dallas and Secrets and Lies. As of 2016, she stars on Lethal Weapon.

The actress is already in her late 30s. She’s also a mother of two. Amazingly, she’s able to maintain her slender and toned physique all these years. When it comes to diet, Jordana is not into severe diet plans or gluten-free meals that continue to be popular in Hollywood. Instead, she believes in sticking to a balanced diet with the addition of carbs and truffle oil. For her, the ideal breakfast is “turkey bacon and egg whites topped with tomato and avocado and sandwiched between a Thomas’ English Muffin”.

In an interview, she said: “I think anything gluten-free is overrated.” When asked about her beauty and fitness secrets, she said it’s all about drinking plenty of water, limiting her sugar consumption and eating lots of veggies. In a different interview, she said about her diet: “I don’t eat red meat. I grew up in Brazil and would go churrascarias a lot. Since then, red meat grosses me out. I do like chicken, egg whites, fish, and shrimp. But my diet is pretty balanced. I eat a lot of grains and fresh fruits/veggies. I buy organic and try to eat as few processed foods as I can.”
