Hollywood star Kristin Davis had her career beginnings in the 1980s when she made her film debut in 1987’s Doom Asylum. In the ’90s, she first became known for starring as Brooke Armstrong on Melrose Place. Afterwards, she rose to further fame for starring as Charlotte York Goldenblatt on Sex and the City. Her role on the show had earned her a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress. She’s since reprised her role in the movie sequels Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. She’s also starred in the films Deck the Halls, Couples Retreat, and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. In addition, she’s worked as a voice actress, starring as the lead on the animated series Miss Spider’s Sunny Patch Friends. Her most recent work on the small screen was as Ginny Taylor-Clapp on Bad Teacher.

At age 52, Kristin Davis looks awesome. She appears youthful and her body remains toned. What’s her secret to staying in shape? For one, she’s proud of her curves. She’s never tried to be skinny. She only wants to be strong and healthy. She said: “I’m never going to be the thinnest actress, and I don’t want to be. When you’re at peace with yourself and your body, you’re automatically more confident.” To maintain her fitness, she alternates on doing hiking, yoga, Pilates, and cardio, depending on what she feels like doing.

Talking more about her fitness journey, she shared: “Sarah Jessica Parker introduced me to trainer Tracy Anderson’s gym in New York City, which is great for me because they change the workouts every 10 days. My favorite is using the stretchy elastic bands. They strengthen and tighten all parts of your arms without bulking you up. They also work on your core and posture. You end up feeling really strong.”
