Hollywood star Daniella Alonso had her career beginnings when she debuted in the film Academy Boyz in 1997. In the 2000s, she had guest appearances on the television shows Law & Order and As the World Turns. Her first recurring role was as Anna Taggaro on One Tree Hill. She next played Carlotta Alonso on Friday Night Lights. During the 2000s, she also had roles in the films Black Knight, All You’ve Got, The Hills Have Eyes 2, and Wrong Turn 2: Dead End. She later starred in the movie The Collector. In 2010, she starred as Brenda Serrano on the short-lived series My Generation.

She later became known for her role as Nora Clayton on the NBC series Revolution. After Revolution was canceled, she starred as Dr. Landry de la Cruz on The Night Shift. Following this, she played Marisol on the show Being Mary Jane. Subsequently, she had one-episode roles on Major Crimes and iZombie. She then starred as Catherine on Animal Kingdom’s first season. She’s also appeared in the films Re-Kill and Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2. Her latest movie role was in 2016’s Lawless Range. More recently, she made guest appearances on the shows Lethal Weapon, SEAL Team, MacGyver, and Criminal Minds.

The 40-year-old actress stays in shape by taking care of herself. She does so by sticking to a clean diet plan. This means she generally consumes healthy foods and avoids eating processed foods most of the time. She makes sure she has well-rounded meals on a regular basis. While she doesn’t deprive herself of food, she just wants to make sure that she maintains her overall well-being through the consumption of healthy food items. With this, the actress’ typical diet plan consists of foods rich in fiber so she always has whole grains, as well as lean proteins in the form of chicken mostly. Plus she always incorporates fruits and veggies into all her meals.
