In an interview, the actress became candid of her fitness regimen. She said: “I work with my trainer Augustina about four to five times a week for 45 minutes a day. We start out on the treadmill and then we do a lot of exercises using my own body weight.”

When asked about her favorite exercises, she answered: “My favorite workouts are anything having to do with making my waistline trimmer and toned. My least favorite is any type of pushups!” Even with a busy schedule, the actress tries her best to be physically active. She doesn’t want to be lazy because she knows how bad that’ll be for her health. She also added: “Always find some time to be a little bit active, even if it’s just walking.”
