Hollywood performer Kristin Chenoweth first shone on Broadway prior to achieving stardom on the screen. She first gained prominence for her work on stage after winning a Tony Award for playing Sally Brown in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. She was next acclaimed for her portrayal of Glinda on Broadway’s Wicked, gaining her another Tony Award nomination. In 2001, she played lead role Kristin Yancey in the short-lived NBC comedy series Kristin. She later became known for her role as Annabeth Schott in the political drama series The West Wing.

Afterward, she starred as Olive Snook in the ABC series Pushing Daisies. Meanwhile, on film, she made her debut in 2002’s Topa Topa Bluffs. She next had roles in the films Bewitched, The Pink Panther, RV, Running with Scissors, Deck the Halls, Four Christmases, and Into Temptation. She later played April Rhodes in Fox’s Glee. In the 2010s, she starred in the movies You Again, Hit and Run, Family Weekend, The Opposite Sex, and The Boy Next Door. More recently, she had roles in Hard Sell and Class Rank. In addition, she became known for playing Carlene Cockburn in comedy-drama series GCB, as well as played Maleficent in Disney’s Descendants.

The 50-year-old actress-singer takes care of her body and overall health through a clean diet plan without skipping meals. “I believe in eating breakfast for a king, lunch for a queen and dinner for a pauper. This morning, I had egg whites, yogurt, granola, and half a croissant. I knew it would be a crazy-busy day and that I’d only have time for a small lunch,” the actress said. Her go-to lunch, on the other hand, is “half a turkey sandwich and a piece of fruit.” As for her dinner, she shared: “If I’m by myself, I’ll just have a salad with chicken for dinner. When I was visiting my mom recently, we ate pot roast and green beans and wheat bread.”
