Kesha Diet Plan

Kesha

American performer Kesha had her breakthrough in 2009 when she joined Flo Rida in his hit single “Right Round”. She subsequently released her debut album Animal, which got immediate success. She was recognized for her singles “Tik Tok” and “We R Who We R”. Her second album, Warrior, was released in 2012. It spawned the hit song “Die Young”. This year, her third album Rainbow was released with the lead single “Praying” getting nominated for a Grammy. The album itself also earned a Grammy nomination. She’s also made television appearances, such as in an episode of the Nickelodeon show Victorious. She also appeared in Katy Perry: Part of Me. In 2015, she made her cinematic debut in the movie Jem and the Holograms. This year, she joined the cast of the film A Ghost Story.

The 30-year-old actress isn’t like the image she presents in most of her music videos. She’s not all about partying and getting drunk. In fact, she takes care of her body to make sure that she’s healthy enough to perform in concerts and go on tours. In an interview, she was noted for saying: “People think I sit around and drink whiskey all day, but I couldn’t keep up on a three-month tour if I were getting hammered every night. My show is very energetic—I dance and sing at the same time and run around.”

She also shared how important it is for her to have a healthy lifestyle, “When I’m eating healthy and working out, it helps me stay sane and exude confidence.” So, what’s her diet like? She said: “Eighty percent of the time I watch my portions and eat veggies and lean protein. It’s excruciatingly boring, but it makes my body happy. The other 20 percent of the time, I do whatever I want. It’s OK to sometimes eat a f—ton of chocolate!”
