It was in 2006 that Hollywood actress Katrina Bowden began her acting career. Her first ever acting gig was in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She then appeared as Britney Jennings in the soap opera One Life to Live. Her first movie role was in Sex Drive. She next acted in the straight-to-video films Ratko: The Dictator’s Son and The Shortcut.

She gained her major breakthrough after getting the role of Cerie in the award-winning comedy series 30 Rock. While she was on the show, she appeared in the films Tucker & Dale vs. Evil, American Reunion, Piranha 3DD, Scary Movie 5, and Nurse 3D. After 30 Rock ended in 2013, she starred in the movie Hard Sell. She also joined the main cast of the short-lived series Public Morals as Fortune. In addition, she starred in the TV movie I Killed My BFF.

Looking at her lean and fit body, it’s obvious that Katrina is a fitness enthusiast. She even has her own blog where she shares tips on healthy living, which mainly talks about proper nutrition and workouts. Being active and dedicated, she even joined the New York City Marathon back in 2014. In an interview, she said: “I have a very competitive edge. I constantly like to get better at something, so it really makes me happy to work out and see improvement.”

She’s also fond of spinning, yoga, and kickboxing, which she’s since credited for helping her achieve a toned physique. On her blog, she describes herself as someone who is passionate about health and fitness. She went on to say: “Fitness and health plays a very important role in my life. I’m a marathoner, a fitness class addict, and am all around obsessed with finding new ways to challenge myself physically and mentally. I have a very pragmatic approach to fitness and health- I want to know why and how something will work.”
