Abhaas Mehta is an Indian actor. He mainly works on television. In 2009, he debuted in the TV serial Bairi Piya, followed by a brief role in the show Devi. After a stint in Na Aana Is Des Laado, he had his first starring part as Shyam Manohar Jha in the romantic drama series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?. He has since appeared in other shows, including Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, Sinhasan Battisi, and Brahmarakshas. He went on to star as Shumbha in the mythological series Mahakali– Anth hi Aarambh hai. His most recent work on TV was in Laal Ishq.
