Indian model and actress Sherlyn Chopra started her acting career in the early 2000s. Her first acting gig was in the Telugu movie Vendi Mabbu. She later acted in the Tamil film University. She also played a small role in the English-language film Beeper. She then gained recognition for her role in the Bollywood movie Dosti: Friends Forever.

She continued her career in Bollywood with her roles in Jawani Diwani: A Youthful Joyride, Red Swastik, and Dil Bole Hadippa!. In 2009, appeared in the reality series Bigg Boss as a contestant. She also appeared in MTV Splitsvilla as its host for its sixth season. Her recent work was an item number in the 2016 Hindi movie Wajah Tum Ho.

The 34-year-old actress stays in shape by working out regularly. She doesn’t allow herself to get lazy and miss her training sessions. She also doesn’t see her workout routine as a chore. It is important for her to maintain her regular workout sessions, not only for sustaining her slender figure but for improving her health in general.

Exercising on a regular basis helps her to have more energy so that she’s able to work more efficiently. She also feels that she’s stronger and happier when she’s working out. This is because the benefits of physical activity go beyond body transformation as exercising also helps in improving one’s mood.

Talking about her fitness habits, she said: “I have no secret to staying fit. I just consciously choose everyday to eat healthy food and to have a steady, passionate affair with my workout regime.” She went on to explain: “I follow no particular fitness routine. I love to push myself out of my comfort zone specially when it comes to personal fitness. I like to set challenging targets every time I swim or run on the treadmill or indulge in weight training.”
