Biography:

Kate Levering was born on January 3, 1979 in Sacramento, California, U.S. After graduating from high school in 1997, she moved to New York City to pursue a career on Broadway. She was then cast as Peggy Sawyer in the revival of 42nd Street.

For her performance, she received a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical category. On television, she made her debut with the series Home Improvement.

From 2004 to 2005, she became known for her role as Veronica Carter in Kevin Hill. She gained wider recognition after being cast as Kim Kaswell in the Lifetime series Drop Dead Diva.
