Bollywood star Karishma Tanna had her career beginnings in the early 2000s. Her debut was on the television series Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. This aired from 2001 to 2006, gaining her fame. Simultaneously, she starred on other shows such as Kahi To Milenge, Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, and Paalkhi. She then ventured into movies, making her debut in the Bollywood film Dosti: Friends Forever. After starring on the television shows Viraasat and Pyaar Ke Do Naam: Ek Raadha, Ek Shyaam, she became active on reality shows. This includes Zara Nachke Dikha, Bigg Boss 8, and Nach Baliye 7. She’s also starred in the Bollywood film Grand Masti. She has two upcoming films this year.

Standing at 5’9, the 34-year-old actress has a beautiful body, which she maintains through healthy eating and exercising. Now that she’s in her mid 30s, she’s also more into fitness than she was before. In an interview back in 2007, the actress shared how she wasn’t fond of working out back then. She said: “I do not follow any exercise routine – I’m too lazy to do so. My mom urges me to join her in her early morning yoga routine, which I do once in a blue moon but that’s it. The fact that I have good metabolism stops me from putting on weight.”

This year is a different story. As she’s older the actress realizes the importance of physical activity on a regular basis. Proper nutrition is not enough, there’s needs to be constant exercise, too. This is why Karishma concentrates on her fitness routine in the present. Based on her social media photos, the celebrity is now a fitness freak now. She does everything in the gym from cardio to lifting weights! And she does so with improved strength and endurance. This is the reason why her body has gotten leaner and more toned.
