American actress Lindsay Pulsipher had her career beginnings in the early 2000s. During her early years, she made guest appearances on a couple of TV shows, including Touched by an Angel and Touched by an Angel, among others. She then made her film debut in 2002’s Jumping for Joy. This was followed by another acting work in the independent movie Summer Solstice. Her first starring role on the small screen was as Rose Lawrence on The Beast. In the 2010s, she first became known as Crystal Norris on True Blood. She next starred as Roseanna McCoy on the miniseries Hatfields & McCoys. She also played Kim Rollins, a recurring character on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as Cassie St. Cyr on Justified. This year, she starred in the movie Officer Downe.

The actress maintains her slender figure and healthy body by following a healthy eating habits. In an interview for Self, she got candid of how she sustains her clean lifestyle. She said: “The first thing I put in my body when I wake up in the morning is a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon juice and warm water. It’s the perfect way to wake my metabolism up, and a great way to naturally detoxify on a daily basis. For breakfast, I usually make fresh juice in my Vitamix blender. One of my favorite combinations is kale, parsley, cucumber, ginger, carrot and cayenne pepper. It’s the perfect breakfast to keep me energized all day long.”

She also shared how being a vegetarian has changed her life. She said: “Eating a vegetarian diet is not only a humane way to enjoy food, but it’s also low in cholesterol and high in fiber. One of my favorite vegetarian restaurants is Spiral Diner in Dallas. Pictured here is the Red Curry Coconut Noodles, which is made with homemade red coconut curry sauce, tofu, broccoli, red bell peppers, basil, black olives, zucchini and carrots, tossed with brown rice noodles and topped with peanuts. So good!”
