Biography:

Justin Bieber was born on March 1, 1994 in London, Ontario, Canada. In 2008, he was discovered by American talent manager Scooter Braun, who saw his videos on YouTube. His debut extended play, My World, was released in November 2009 and was certified platinum in the US.

All seven songs from his debut record peaked on the Billboard 100 and became the first artist to ever do so. His first full-length album, My World 2.0, was released the following year where it debuted at No. 1 in several countries.

He then received several awards, including the Artist of the Year Award at the 2010 American Music Awards, winning again in the same category at the 2012 American Music Awards.
