Actress Julia Stiles debuted in 1993 when she appeared in 6 episodes of the PBS series Ghostwriter. Her first movie, meanwhile, was in 1996’s I Love You, I Love You Not where she had a small role. She next appeared in the films The Devil’s Own, Wicked, and Wide Awake. Wicked was her first lead role as a film actress. Her claim to fame was her role as Kat Stratford in the 1999 teen romantic comedy-drama film 10 Things I Hate About You. For her work here, she won the MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance – Female. She then starred in several other films in the 2000s, including Down to You, Hamlet, State and Main, Save the Last Dance, Mona Lisa Smile, The Prince and Me, and The Omen, among others.

She also became known for her role as Nicky Parsons in The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum. In 2010, she played Lumen Pierce on the Showtime series Dexter. For her work here, she received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series. She next played a supporting role in the film Silver Linings Playbook. More recently, she starred in the movies The Great Gilly Hopkins, Blackway, The Drowning, and Trouble. She reprised her role as Nicky in 2016’s Jason Bourne. As of 2017, she stars as Georgina Clios on the British series Riviera. She also plays the lead role on the web series Blue.

Aside from following a clean diet plan, the actress takes care of her body and overall well-being by sticking to an active lifestyle. “If I have the morning free, I love to get some exercise, after a good coffee,” she said in an interview. She also revealed her fondness for yoga — “I love yoga, or lately—because it is great while traveling—Xtend Barre videos in my living room,” she shared.
