Actress Julia Stiles debuted in 1993 when she appeared in 6 episodes of the PBS series Ghostwriter. Her first movie, meanwhile, was in 1996’s I Love You, I Love You Not where she had a small role. Aside from following a clean diet plan, the actress takes care of her body and overall well-being by sticking to an active lifestyle. “If I have the morning free, I love to get some exercise, after a good coffee,” she said in an interview. She also revealed her fondness for yoga — “I love yoga, or lately—because it is great while traveling—Xtend Barre videos in my living room,” she shared.
