Canadian star Jessica Parker Kennedy had her beginnings sometime in the 2000s. Starting her career with minor roles, she had her first main role on the show Kaya, though it had a brief stint. She next starred on the straight-to-DVD film Another Cinderella Story. She went on to play Bette Sans Souci in 3 episodes of Smallville. Afterwards, she joined the main cast of the MTV series Valemont. In the 2010s, she had roles in the films 50/50 and In Time. Subsequently, she joined the main cast of The Secret Circle as Melissa Glaser. She also played a recurring role on 90210 as Megan Rose. From 2014 to 2017, she starred as Max on Black Sails. She’s also recently starred in the movie Gemini.

The 33-year-old actress maintains her slender figure and healthy body by eating healthy. She acknowledges the importance of proper nutrition not only in maintaining her slim figure, but her overall health as well. For one, she starts her day right with a healthy breakfast, saying: “I always make sure to eat a healthy breakfast because it’s the first meal you eat that fuels your body for the rest of the day.” She added:

“Plus, breakfast is the perfect time to get away with eating carbs because they’ll be burned off before the day is done, so every now and then I splurge on a Belgian waffle–my favorite!” The actress said that in the morning she mostly has yogurt and fruit, or whole grain cereal to keep her loaded throughout the day. These choices also gives her sufficient energy to last the day. Jessica also relies to drinking plenty of water. For her hydration is key. She said in an interview: “I watch people around me not drinking any water all day, and I turn into the water police. Being dehydrated very quickly affects my energy.”
