Maria Bello Diet Plan

Maria Bello

Maria Bello started her acting career on the small screen with a lead role on Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The show, however, was short-lived. Afterwards, she starred as Dr. Anna Del Amico on ER, gaining her attention. She then decided to focus on her film career. She made her cinematic debut in 1998’s Permanent Midnight. In the 2000s, she starred in some well-known films. This includes Lil Lovell, Assault on Precinct 13, Flicka, World Trade Center, and The Jane Austen Book Club, among others. She went on to replace Rachel Weisz as Evelyn O’Connell in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. Her career continues to flourish in the 2010s. During this period, she starred in Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2, Abduction, Prisoners, The 5th Wave, Max Steel, and Lights Out.

Maria Bella is able to maintain her healthy and fit body and self by following a healthy diet plan. She understands the importance of going for nutritious foods, especially with her age where metabolism is slower. Eating healthy is also something that she does naturally as that’s what makes her feel good. With proper diet, she has more than enough energy, her skin glows, and she has strong immunity. All the things she needs in order to work as an actress in one busy industry like Hollywood.

She mostly avoids eating junk and processed foods. Now that she’s in her 50s, such foods aren’t as appealing as they used to. She also knows by experience that eating unhealthy foods would just make her low on energy and even get her easily sick. So, the solution to a healthy body is simple – eat clean and healthy foods. In an interview, the actress reveals she personally selects foods that can increase her energy and endurance. She said: “I have a green juice most mornings. It’s a jolt of energy that’s better than caffeine. I mix kale, cucumber, celery, apple, and jalapeno pepper for a sweet and savory flavor.”
