Hollywood star Jenny McCarthy first got her break after posing nude for Playboy magazine in 1993. Two years later, she made her film debut in Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead. At the same time, she became the host of the MTV show Singled Out. She later headlined her own show called The Jenny McCarthy Show. She also played the lead in the series Jenny from 1997 to 1998.

At the same time, she had roles in the films BASEketball and Diamonds. In 2000, she starred as Sarah Darling in Scream 3. She later starred in the films Crazy Little Thing, Scary Movie 3, Dirty Love, and John Tucker Must Die. She also played Mary Claus in the TV movie Santa Baby and its sequel Santa Baby 2: Christmas Maybe. She later played Courtney in the sitcom Two and a Half Men. More recently, she stars in the reality shows Wahlburgers and Donnie Loves Jenny.

The 45-year-old actress stays in shape by eating right. This means she mostly opts healthy foods. Generally, she avoids consuming processed meals. She tries her best to choose nutritious foods most of the time. In an interview, Jenny talked about her healthy options when it comes to her diet. She said: “The first change I made was turning to all organic foods after I had my son when I realized his health and clarity were so good that I decided to join him. The difference organic foods made in my health made me a believer.”

The celebrity also revealed she loves eating turkey. She went on to say: “Including Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, I like to have turkey dinner three times a month. I love turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gluten-free gravy made from turkey juices, buttered corn niblets and green beans with sea salt. I don’t like cranberries, so I have strawberry jelly — I’m so white trash!”
