Hollywood star Elle Fanning, just like her big sister, Dakota, started her career young. In the early part of her Hollywood career, she appeared in the films I Am Sam, Daddy Day Care, and The Door in the Floor. She later earned roles in well-known movies, such as Babel, Déjà Vu, The Nines, and Reservation Road. She then played the young Daisy Fuller in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Her career flourished in the 2010s when she starred as Alice in the movie Super 8. This opened greater opportunities for her, starring in the films We Bought a Zoo, Maleficent, and Trumbo. In 2016, she gained significant attention for starring in The Neon Demon and 20th Century Women. This year, she starred in The Beguiled. She has a lot of upcoming films, including Mary Shelley, I Think We’re Alone Now, and Teen Spirit.

The 19-year-old actress takes care of her health and fitness. Despite her young age, she’s conscious of her body and its overall health. Even more so when she’s preparing for a role. It’s pretty much normal for actors and actresses to be more strict about their diet and workout routine whey they’re working in a movie. Especially if they’re prepping for their characters’ physical appearances and functions. But when they’ve finished shooting, they become more relaxed with their diet and workout plans.

This is the case when Elle Fanning prepared for her role in The Neon Demon. Playing an ambitious fashion model, in the movie, the actress had to gear her body up for the said part. Although she’s already slender, the actress knows she needs to look and feel stronger for the role. She doesn’t want to appear totally frail in the film. In an interview with Vogue, she said: “I stuck to what I do normally, which is ballet, and lots of cardio with a trainer, which I love because I’m very energetic.”
