Biography:

Dwayne Johnson was born on May 2, 1972 in Hayward, California. He was a college football player and in 1991, was on the University of Miami’s national championship team. He then played for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League.

This led him to become a professional wrestler, forming his ring name The Rock, and is widely considered as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.

In 2002, he had his first leading role in The Scorpion King. He has since appeared in commercially successful films, including Be Cool, The Game Plan, Get Smart, Doom and Fast & Furious 6.
