Tiya Sircar Diet Plan

Tiya Sircar

Hollywood star Tiya Sircar debuted in the 2005 short film Heavenly Beauties. Shortly after, she had her first movie role in The Insatiable. She also made one-time roles in such television shows as Hannah Montana, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Numb3rs and Privileged. She also had two-episode roles in Greek and The Suite Life on Deck. In 2009, she had supporting roles in the films Hotel for Dogs, 17 Again, and Just Peck.

The following year, she appeared as Aimee Bradley in 3 episodes of The Vampire Diaries. She went on to have roles in the films Friends with Benefits, Breaking the Girls, The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone, The Internship, and Walking with Dinosaurs. Simultaneously, she had recurring roles as Amy Matthews in Witches of East End and Allie in The Crazy Ones.

From 2014 to 2018, she was the voice of Sabine Wren in the animated series Star Wars Rebels. She gained wider recognition for her role as “The Real Eleanor”/Vicky in the NBC series The Good Place, which she still plays up to present. She also starred as Arunima ‘Rooni’ Schuman in the ABC comedy show Alex, Inc. She recently starred as Kate Bradley in the drama film Good Sam. Back on TV, she played Fiona Byrne in 2 episodes of Supergirl.

The Good Place star stays in shape by choosing to eat clean. In the morning, she has a cup of tea instead of coffee, with bread, whole grains and seeds, and some mashed banana. “For lunch, I grilled asparagus, sweet corn, and an Aidells Habanero and Green Chile Smoked Chicken Sausage,” said the actress.

For dinner, she loves having “shrimp tempura and salmon-avocado roll, some seaweed-and-cucumber-sunomono salad, and one piece each of snapper with salt and lime, uni, ankimo, ono, and seared albacore.”

She’s not a vegetarian but every now and then she passes up on meat in favor of some vegetarian alternatives. “I eat meat, but am totally fine with swapping it out for vegetarian or vegan options from time to time. It’s better for my health as well as the environment, and I don’t mind it so … why not, right?” she said.
