Biography:

Darren Barnet was born on April 27, 1991 in Los Angeles, California, USA. After he graduated, he pursued a career in acting. While auditioning for roles, he worked as a bike attendant and front desk associate. In 2017, he made his debut in an episode of This Is Us. That same year, he had brief roles in Criminal Minds and S.W.A.T. His first starring role on TV was as Hot Seth in the teen drama Turnt.

He later guest-starred in an episode of Family Reunion. After this, he got the role of Wilfred “Freddy” Malick, appearing in 2 episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Barnet recently garnered mainstream attention for his role as Paxton Hall-Yoshida in the Netflix series Never Have I Ever. Also, he made his big screen debut in the 2020 film American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rules.
